At our Guest Services desk you can inquire about slot machines or tables, purchase or validate your lottery tickets and also sign up for our Encore rewards cards where you earn points for redemption on the slot machines and tables.

Our helpful slot attendants can also assist you with any questions or concerns regarding Encore cards.

Lottery

Our full service lottery center is situated at our Guest Services desk and you can purchase Pull Tabs, Scratch N’ Win tickets, Sports Action, Keno, Lotto 6/49 and Lotto Max.

Winning tickets are cashed up to $24,999.00.
Make sure you bring valid identification for all winning tickets.

All winning tickets $2000.00 and over can be validated

Monday- Friday from 9:00am- 3:30pm.

2 pieces of valid government issued photo Identification required to redeem lottery items.
ID must include a recent photo, date of birth, and full legal signature.

To Access Your Encore Points

Insert your Encore card “words first” into the slot machine of your choice.
When light turns green and the screen says “welcome (your name)”
Press the red X in the right hand corner of the screen
Press the $
Enter your 4 digit pin # and press enter
Select “Redeem points”
Choose how much you would like to redeem and press OK.
