At Treasure Cove Casino and Bingo we are pleased to welcome you to come and
enjoy our great selection of Slots, Table Games, Bingo, Off Track Betting, Lottery and
our Food & Beverage offering.

We are governed by GPEB and abide by all BCLC Policy, Procedures and Standards

ENTRY INTO THE CASINO

The following are conditions for entry:

• Patrons must be a minimum of 19 years of age
• Patrons must have valid* ID as proof of age in their possession at all times
• Patrons who appear to be Intoxicated or impaired by alcohol or drugs are not
  permitted
• Patrons in possession of illegal substances are not permitted
• Patrons wearing clothing or accessories with gang-related graphics are not
  permitted
• No outside alcoholic beverages, drugs or weapons permitted
• Patrons must not be currently registered in the Voluntary Self Exclusion program
• Entry may be refused at the discretion of Security or Management for any
  reasonable cause

*Acceptable government issued photo ID, including a secondary piece of ID is required upon entry and
you may be asked to present it during your on-site visit

GUEST ON-SITE EXPERIENCE

We are committed to providing a safe and friendly experience for all our guests and a

The following behavior may result in a guest being asked to leave the property:

• A player must not use bad or offensive language
• No player may act in an aggressive, abusive or intimidating manner towards staff
  or other players
• All players must not violate any laws pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada
• All players must not violate any laws pursuant to the Controlled Drugs and
  Substances Act
• All players must abide by all Municipal, Provincial, and Federal laws and
  regulations.
• Unauthorized photography, filming and live streaming is not permitted
