You do not have to play the regular games (minimum 6up) to play the Early bird game, the Half House game, the 3-5-7 game, the Odd/Even game or the special Jackpot Full Card game.

For the Odd/Even game it is a full card blackout, you pre-dab all the odd or even numbers according to the day.  For example if the Virtual Bingo is on June 30 you pre-dab all the even numbers (because 30 is an even number in June) and then the game is played to a full card.

For the 3-5-7 game it is a full card blackout, you pre-dab all the numbers beginning and ending in a 3, 5, and 7 and then the game is played to a full card.  There is a sample sheet provided of the numbers to pre-dab.

A program of the games played will be available on paper on site and posted on our website.

Bingo Cards must be played in the session for which they were purchased for.  Prizes will only be paid if the bingo card – color, series number, audit number and card number are consistent with paper sold for that session.

Callers will announce the game being played prior to the start of each game and also the progressive prize details before the game starts.

A number must be verbally called in order for it to be valid.  Bingo flashboards and monitors are merely aids.

There will be a minimum of 12 seconds between numbers called and a minimum of 15 seconds prior to closing the game.

Players must phone the published phone number to declare a bingo- 250 561-0416.  When a phone call is received or a bingo in Hall is called we will stop play and check for winning bingo(s).  The Caller will announce “anymore bingos” twice, then verify all bingos.  An additional 15 seconds will elapse then Caller will announce third and final call and then close the game.  Any bingos received after the game is closed will be declared invalid.

All winners will be verified using the Kodiak bingo system.

If there is more than one winner, prizes will be divided evenly, rounded up to the nearest $5 dollars.  Minimum payout is $20.

In the event a player wins more than one game on the same number called, the player will win both games immediately and those two games are over.  (The next ball will not be called)

Player(s) will be asked for the card color, series number, audit number and the card number (from the free space) – see sample card attached with how to identify these three numbers

The actual winning card(s) must be examined and verified by Treasure Cove Bingo for players to claim their prize.  We will verify the card color, series number, audit number and card number to our records.

Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the event where the card was a winner, except that more time may be given in extenuating circumstances.

Player(s) must sign for their winnings and will be asked for proper BC photo identification.

Bingo paper may not be cut or separated, the whole sheet must be returned.  Any type of damage to the Bingo paper will be inspected by Bingo staff and if it has been altered or is deemed unreadable the prize will not be awarded.  PLEASE NOTE:  the card must be returned INTACT, i.e. if you bought a 6up it must be returned a 6up.  Please do not cut or alter the cards.  You only need to return the winning page not the entire booklet.  Players must sign for their winnings and will be asked for proper BC photo identification.

Bingo Cards are the Player’s responsibility.  There are no refunds for lost, damaged or stolen cards.

There will be no refunds for unused card(s).

Virtual Bingo players are responsible for their own video and audio connection and reception.

If the entire session needs to be rescheduled, it will normally be done the following week, on Thursday at 6:00pm.
