Virtual Bingo – How It Works
How is VBingo played?
The caller will live stream from the bingo hall. Players will have paper cards. If the player has a bingo, they will phone the number on the screen to verify their card. The winners will be determined, and the player will have 60 days to come to the hall and pick up their payout.
Bingo Cards must be played in the session for which they were purchased. Prizes will only be paid if the Bingo card, colour, series number, audit number and card number are consistent with the paper sold for that session.
Callers will announce the game being played prior to the start of each game and also the progressive prize details before the game starts.
A number must be verbally called in order for the number to be valid. Bingo flash-boards and monitors are merely aids.
How fast is the Bingo Caller?
Minimum of 12 seconds between numbers called and a minimum of 30 seconds prior to closing the game.
More time between calls will be given on the JACKPOT special game.
What does the program entail?
The current program is 8 pages with 17 regular games and one special progressive game.
Will there be breaks during the event?
There will be a 10 minute break after page 4 is completed, and again after page 8 is completed.
How long does the program last?
Approximately 2 ½ to 3 hours.
Who checks the balls in the tray?
The Bingo Caller will check the balls and the balls will be verified by a bingo patron in the bingo hall and the balls will be shown on screen before starting the games.
I have a bingo, what do I do?
If you have a bingo call the phone number on the screen. Once you phone in the caller will be notified, and we will stop play. The Caller will announce “anymore bingos” twice, then verify all bingos. An additional minimum 30 seconds will elapse then the caller will announce a third and final call and then close the game. Once the timer has expired the caller will close the game and no other bingos will be accepted. Winning cards will be shown on the screen.
All winners will be verified using the Kodiak bingo system.
If there is more than one winner, prizes will be divided evenly, rounded to the nearest $5.00. Minimum payout is $20.00
When I call in, what information will I provide?
- Colour of the card
- Series Number
- Audit Number

How do I collect my prize?
The winning card must be returned INTACT for final verification, for example, if you bought a 6-up it must be returned a 6-up. Please do not cut or alter the cards. What if I can’t read the free space?
If you cannot read the free space, the number on the bottom right of the individual card is the same. If the card cannot be verified then it will not be accepted.
