Treasure Cove Dine & Play – Terms and Conditions
1. Qualified Entrant
Treasure Cove Dine & Play
a) A qualified person is someone who is 19 years of age or older. BCLC employees, Treasure Cove Casino employees, and Treasure Cove Casino Contract employees are not eligible. Family members of casino employees who reside in the same household are also not eligible to participate. Voluntary self-excluded and barred persons are not eligible to participate and will not be awarded a promo card. Management reserves the right to exclude any individuals from this promotion at its sole and absolute discretion.
b) Patrons must purchase food from and dine in the Treasure Cove Café for $10.00 or more to receive a $5.00 in slot bonus play.
c) To-go orders are not included.
d) Patrons must have an Encore card to be eligible.
2. Conditions
a) Promotional Period: Thursday January 1st, 2026, up to and including Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.
b) Beginning Thursday, January 1st, 2026, each promotional gaming day, a patron who eats in the Treasure Cove Café and purchases a food item valued at $10.00 or more, is eligible to receive a $5.00 in slot bonus play.
c) Patrons can purchase food items from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday and from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm Friday and Saturday.
d) Valid only once per person per day.
e) Alcohol is not included.
f) Treasure Cove Concession and Treasure Cove Bingo are not included in the promotion. g) If there is more than one patron per table, each patron may receive a $5. 00 in slot bonus play as long as the entire meal is valued at $10.00 or more per person.
h) Serving staff will print one receipt for each patron. Meals do not need to be separated as long as the entire value of the meal is more than $10.00 per person.
i) Once patrons have paid for their meal, a Treasure Cove Café server will verify and sign the receipt with the number of people eligible for slot bonus play.
j) The Treasure Cove Café server will instruct patrons to bring their receipt and valid photo ID to Treasure Cove Casino Guest Services.
k) A Guest Services Representative will put eligible patrons’ $5.00 in slot play on their Encore Cards.
l) Patrons must have an Encore card or sign up for an Encore card to be eligible. m) A Treasure Cove Casino Representative will stamp their receipt and return it to the patron. n) Treasure Cove Casino representative will award eligible patrons $5.00 in slot bonus play through CMP using prize-tag Cafe5.
o) Cannot be combined with any other offer.
3. Other Conditions
a) The Treasure Cove Casino reserves the right to disqualify entrants and entries that do not comply with these conditions.
b) Treasure Cove Casino may, at its sole discretion, alter or amend the procedures and offer at any time. Decisions of Treasure Cove Casino management are final and binding. c) All entrants release and discharge, and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless BCLC and its directors, officers, employee, affiliates, agents, and representatives (the “Releasees) from and against any and all actions, claims, or demands (including costs incurred by BCLC in defending such actions, claims or demands) which they may now or hereafter have against the Releasees, or any of them, arising directly or indirectly out of, or which are in any way connected to, this contest.
d) All entrants release and discharge, and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Treasure Cove Casino Inc. and its directors, officers, employee, affiliates, agents, and representatives (the “Releasees) from and against any and all actions, claims, or demands (including costs incurred by Treasure Cove Casino Inc. in defending such actions, claims or demands ) which they may now or hereafter have against the Releasees, or any of them, arising directly or indirectly out of, or which are in any way connected to, this contest.
