Seniors Day – Terms and Conditions

Seniors Day

1. Qualified Entrant 

a) A qualified entrant is someone who is 19 years of age or older. BCLC employees,  Treasure Cove Casino employees, and Treasure Cove Casino Contract employees  are not eligible. Family members of casino employees who reside in the same  household or not are eligible to participate. Voluntary self-excluded and barred  persons are not eligible to participate and will not be awarded a prize. Management  reserves the right to exclude any individuals from this promotion at its sole and  absolute discretion. 

2. Conditions 

a) Offer is valid from 9:00 am until 2:00 am (same gaming day) on the last Thursday of  each month, from January 1^st, 2026, up to and including March 31^st, 2026. b) Any customers 55 years of age or older will receive a $10.00 in slot bonus play on  Seniors Day. 

c) Patrons must show a valid photo ID in order to receive their slot play. 

d) Slot play will be added to the player’s Encore Card. 

e) Must have an Encore Rewards card or sign up for a card in order to participate. f) Guest Services will issue slot play under prize code GEC-Seniors.  

g) Offer can only be redeemed once per month. 

3. Other Conditions 

a) The Treasure Cove Casino reserves the right to disqualify entrants and/or entries that  do not comply with these conditions. 

b) All entrants release and discharge, and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless  BCLC and its directors, officers, employee, affiliates, agents, and representatives (the  “Releasees) from and against any and all actions, claims, or demands (including costs  incurred by BCLC in defending such actions, claims or demands ) which they may now  or hereafter have against the Releasees, or any of them, arising directly or indirectly  out of, or which are in any way connected to, this contest.  

c) All entrants release and discharge, and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless  Treasure Cove Casino Inc. and its directors, officers, employee, affiliates, agents, and  representatives (the “Releasees) from and against any and all actions, claims, or 

demands (including costs incurred by Treasure Cove Casino Inc. in defending such  actions, claims or demands ) which they may now or hereafter have against the  Releasees, or any of them, arising directly or indirectly out of, or which are in any way  connected to, this contest. 

d) Treasure Cove Casino may, at its sole discretion, alter or amend the procedures and  offer at any time. Decisions of management are final and binding. 

e) No purchase necessary.
